2015 came too fast just like an orgasm. (I kid!) I can't even believe that I am turning 31 today. I’m so anxious! I’ve never been 31 in my whole life. When I was 18, I thought 31 was too old. Now that I am 31, I feel like I am still 18. I guess we'll go with the feeling because age is nothing but a number.
It has been an eventful year for VitoriVita (Thats me!) and for the blog. I've visited places that I've always dreamt of going and I've met a lot of interesting people along the way. I may have flown far and wide but there were beautiful things that happened from where I live and beautiful people I came to get to know more of. It makes me even happier that I was given the chance to share my adventures and misadventures on this blog.
Last March 2015, I was able to do something I never thought I'd be able to do in my whole life - skiing! Thankfully my friends Ralph and Mae were up for some adventure and I was too happy to tag along. So we went to Mission Ridge Ski Resort for some skiing and I totally had the best time of my life there!
One of the most amazing experience I had as a blogger was being part of the Saskatchewan Fashion Week 2015 last May. My camera was acting up and I was just in the process of getting to know its functions which resulted to lots and lots of blurry shots. Most of it were! Hahahahahaha!!! But I learned from it. I had so much fun because I met fellow bloggers, designers, and a lot of interesting people in the Saskatchewan fashion industry. Holly Horvath from the TeachMeStyle blog is one of the most popular bloggers in Regina.
It was also during the Sask Fashion Week when I finally had the courage to change my hair color from black to blonde. Yes! I had my blonde moment!
It was also in May when I had the chance to visit Calgary and I went crazy!
And of course, who could forget my Great American Adventure from the east coast to the west coast last August. It was an honor to be the bride's man for my best friends wedding. By the way, I am still on Day 4 of 12 in VitoriVita's Great American Adventure Series.
Memorable Mexico City has captured my heart and my tummy! Hahahahahaha!!! And I really hope to write about it soon on the blog.
Another highlight of my year was the chance I was given to host two of the biggest concerts the Filipino community in Regina has ever seen. The first one with Erik Santos and Angeline Quinto and the latest which was with The Teleserye Bida Boys. Of course I cannot be more thankful to Tita Sally for giving me the opportunity to fully launch my hosting career in Canada. Click HERE to see the full blog post.
My 2015 was a year full of blessings and I could not be more thankful for it. God has been so good, indeed!
Thank you very much for sticking with me through my adventures and my ramblings on the blog. Together, we will make 2016 the best year ever!
I strongly believe that in 2016 something wonderful is about to happen! Wooohooo! Let's get it on!
